The Nature of This Website

This is a private reference website with no authority to act for the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office, Jasper County Detention Center, Missouri Department of Corrections, or another public agency. It does not store official records. It cannot confirm present custody, order a release, accept a report request, or file a court document.

Its role is to identify public inmate and jail record resources in Jasper County and direct visitors to third-party research tools when relevant. Official decisions and records remain with the agencies that create them.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Use the site only in ways permitted by law.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions.
• Do not try to enter accounts, servers, or restricted areas without authorization.

No Consumer Reports

Jasper County Recent Arrests is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report, and neither it nor its advertising partners offers screening services. You agree not to use any site or linked-tool information for an FCRA-covered purpose.

The site and all content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we make no express or implied warranty regarding:

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
